The highly anticipated DIG begins on USA Network. In Episode 4, Will FBI agent Peter Connelly (Jason Isaacs) and detective Golan Cohen (Ori Pfeffer) discover the truth behind the international mystery about what really happened to Emma Wilson (Alison Sudol) in 'Prayer of David?'

At the library, Peter is looking over articles, newspapers, anything that will get him close to the truth. Golan is waken up at night by a ringing cell phone. Going back to work, Golan asks his lover to pick up his son. Peter and Golan then go after Rabbi Lev, who is planning to rebuild a scared temple and start World War III.

Avram (Guy Selnik) arrives at his destination and meets his contact. Lynn (Anne Heche) meets with Ambassador Ruth Ridell (Regina Taylor), who isn't too happy with her. Ruth tells Lynn that Peter isn't working out; get him under control. Ruth then makes  a call to Rabbi Lev, asking about the stone.

Peter discovers Rabbi Lev is crazy but he's not insane. At a museum, Yussef Khalid (Omar Metwally) is planning his next heist. On their way to find the war scroll, Peter gets a call from Lynn, who wants to know how the case is going, While someone is looking for for Debbie (Lauren Ambrose), she is actually inside a prison cell.

Avram is dropped off at a gas station and has to change his clothes. Charlie asks about Debbie, finding out about her fight with Fay. While Charlie heads to the comopund, Debbie begs to be let go but the cult member refuses to listen to her.

At the museum, Peter and Golan discover a dead body at the vault. While Peter crawls through the vents, Golan runs throughout the building. Yussef manages to walk out of the building undetected.

At his next stop, Avram looks around while a stalker gets his gloves ready. With a gun in hand, Charlie walks straight to the compound. Ted Billingham (David Costabile) lets Charlie in and tells him Debbie was suffering from her drug addiction. As Charlie yells for Debbie, he points his gun at Ted to open door A3, which is just a closet space.

Yussef and Rabbi Levi look at the tablet he stole. With Emma's information, the tablet describes a key to a map. It turns out the translation doesn't make sense. With both teams working on decoding the text, they discover the prayer of David pinpoints to a location.

Charlie then leaves the compound with Debbie's remains. While in the car, Charlie finds binoculars in her stuff. At her trial, Debbie understands the group helped her get clean, but they are hypocrites. She is an accessory to murder and Ted is a hypocrite.

While Avram is sleeping, the stalker in white arrives and looks over the sacred cow. Golan, Peter and Yussef arrives at the same location. As Youssef breaks the mosaic, they chase after him across the hills. Peter starts shooting and causes Youssef to crash his bike The car chase leads to them  getting stick in the mud, with Yussef making his getaway.

At the compound, Joshua chooses the guilty verdict for Debbie.
