Tyrese Gibson's Ex-Wife Norma Mitchell Talks Child Custody Battle, Past Abuse; 'Furious 7' Star Spends Time With Daughter, K. Michelle? [DETAILS]

Behind everyone's smile is a person who could be hiding something, and that's just what Furious 7 star Tyrese Gibson's ex-wife Norma Mitchell seems to be doing. In a new interview with Madame Noire, Mitchell claims she was abused during her marriage to the singer and actor.

"Yes, there was [physical and emotional abuse in my marriage]. Definitely. If you have this conversation with many women, they can tell you the exact same thing. Sometimes it's so covert that you don't know it's happening until it's happening," she said.

As the former lovers duke it out over custody of their 7-year-old daughter Shayla, Tyrese claims that his ex may try to keep their daughter away from him after they travel to Israel.

According to Baller Alert, Tyrese was ordered to give up his daughter's passport so she could travel with her mother for two weeks in Israel.

"I'm not a flight risk. It was sad for me seeing myself called 'Satan' in the press. It really hurt my feelings. I would never take my daughter to live in a different country away from her father. And if I were going to do that, I wouldn't be asking for her passport," Mitchell said in regards to the drama of taking her daughter to Israel.

Tyrese did spend some time with his daughter before handing her over to her mother, though.

According to the singer's Instagram page, the two shared a weekend together as they enjoyed "Daddy-Daughter Season."

Besides spending time with his lovely daughter, Tyrese has also been getting close to K. Michelle, but it's not what you think, so let's not get the dating rumors started! According to the actor and R&B singer, the two along with Chrisette Michele are brainstorming on some new music.
