Britney Spears: Sam Lufti Trying To Drive Spears To Psychiatric Hold Again? Secrets Will Invoke Spears Mental Illness?

Britney Spears may be in for a rude awakening from former manager Sam Lufti. The X Factor Judge is going through legal actions against Lufti because he claims she hadn't paid him 15 percent of her earnings as her purported manager.

 The former manager claims that he tried to help Spears get off drugs and even attempted to have an intervention in quest to save her life. Lufti also alleges, during Spear's meltdown during her split with ex-husband Kevin Federline, the actress didn't want to lose custody of her children so she shaved her head in case she would be tested for drugs. He also alleges, in efforts to get the singer off her habits, he cleaned the house looking for drugs and found a small baggie which contained crystal meth.

Friends and family of the star fear that during the court battles with Lufti, she will find her way back in a dark place like when she was hospitalized twice in 2008. According to an In Touch source, "She's long battled mental health issues, so to be reminded of this time in her life -when she almost died -is devastating," another source added, "No one should have to relive what she went through."
