MTV has lined up a brand new host of players to perform at the stage of EMA 2012 Awards, in Frankfurt in Germany on Nov 11. Lately, the network has at least roped in four world-class performers much to the excitement of the music-buffs.

The new bucket of performers include Park Jae-sang, well-known by his stage name, Psy, Alicia Keys, the Killers and American rapper Pitbull. These performers will join the likes of Taylor Swift, No Doubt, Rita Ora and Muse, who were previously confirmed performers on the big stage.

Some of the new performers will kick in pumping numbers from their upcoming albums. The network stated that Keys will roll out a track of her upcoming "Girl on Fire album" and Pitbull will hit the stage with a song from his new "Global Warming" and Psy binging in his famous "Gangnam Style,", while the Killers will hit the floors in support of their recent album, "Battle Born".

Psy talking about his participation in the upcoming EMA awards said that he was very excited to lose his international virginity to this year's MTV European Music Awards. "Since this is my first time to not only be nominated for an international award but perform in front of a worldwide audience, I am excited to give up my international virginity to the MTV EMA!" MTV quoted the South Korean rapper as saying.

The MTV EMA is organised in Germany for the fifth time and second time in Frankfurt. The function will be hosted by model Heidi Klum. The programme will be aired in the U.S. on Sunday, November 11, at 11 p.m. ET/PT on MTV2.
