Model Karrueche Tran has opened up a lot about Chris Brown in her recent interview with Iyanla Vanzant, and although the 26-year-old says that she would never reveal Chris' juicy secrets in a tell-all book, she seemed to tell enough and fans let her have it via Twitter.

Saturday, the beauty explained on her Instagram that she hoped fans could understand where she was coming from and how she needs to learn to love herself more."This evening the interview with Iyanla Vanzant and I will air. This is about recognizing my mistakes and learning from them. I own up to all the poor choices I have made and pray for the better. I pray every day to God to strengthen me as a human and a young woman. I only ask that you at least understand me, whether you continue to like me or hate me. At the end of the day, we all have not been at our best at times so please learn from me and never forget to love yourself," she wrote on her Instagram.

Model Karrueche Tran says that she was aware of Chris Brown's hook up with Rihanna and tried to ignore the rumors during her sit down with Iyanla Vanzant.

During Kae's sit down with the life coach, she gave details of why the model stuck around with the R&B singer despite his cheating and continuously embarrassing her publically, "Yes, Because I was under the impression that it was a friend type of - not a friend, but not what it became to be.

When asked if she knew that Chris was dating Rihanna while they were together, she admitted that she was told that the relationship was nothing more than an amicable one, however she revealed that she thought that there was more to them than a friendship, "I knew, but I didn't want to believe it [because] I loved him."
