Karrine Steffans Explains 'Super Head' Nickname, Lil Wayne's D*ck Size & Men's Obession With The YMCMB's Manhood

Former video vixen, Karrine Steffans opens up about how she got her nickname "Super Head" and why she loves giving great oral sex and how men she dealt with were obsessed with Lil Wayne's penis size.

In an interview with Vlad TV, the Confessions of a Video Vixen author explained that her nickname was being whispered in the Hip Hop community and became public once "Why" rapper Jadakiss referenced her in his "Blood Pressure" verse, "Nobody made it up. It was in Jadakiss song," she explained that title was given to her for her fellatio expertise, "Because I great at everything that I do. So let's be super honest here, I'ma be a little frank and a little uncouth. I'm not gonna suck a dick unless I'm going to be great, I'm not gonna write a book unless I'm gonna do it great... I'm not gonna touch anything unless I plan on doing it better than anyone else you've ever met in your entire life. That's how I like to do things."

She added, "When a woman isn't good in bed, you're gonna shame her, but then when she's good in bed you're going to shame her. Make up your fucking mind."

The 36-year-old explained that she is tired of being slut-shamed and the double standards in society when it came to a woman's sexuality. She also dished about men inquiring about rapper Lil Wayne's penis size.
