If you were asked to pick the most generous and kind-hearted Real Housewives star of the bunch, we're sure Yolanda Foster would immediately comes to mind. The Dutch beauty, who is full of grace, poise and compassion, has been going through a major battle in her life with Lyme disease. The star's struggles have been documented on the Bravo series RHOBH, as she has been trying to overcome the disease since 2012, when she was first diagnosed. While at times it might seem that the starlet doesn't know how exactly to help herself, she has reached out to her fellow friend and Lyme disease suffer Avril Lavigne to lend a helping hand.
The 30-year-old punk rock musician opened up about her struggle to People magazine, where she explained the trials and tribulations that have come along with her Lyme disease diagnosis.
The "Complicated" singer said she could barely eat and would have to lie down because she felt so lethargic and lightheaded all the time.
"I had no idea a bug bite could do this," the singer explained to the news site. "I was bedridden for five months. I felt like I couldn't breathe, I couldn't talk and I couldn't move. I thought I was dying."
But she did explain that during this trying time that the help and well-wishes she received from fans and supporters touched her "so deeply."
One of those supporters was Yolanda, who Radar Online reported acted like a mother to Lavigne through this struggle.

"I took Avril under my wing when she first got sick and shared all I know," the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star explained. "I am so proud of her for going public and helping us bring awareness to this debilitating disease."
