Zayn Malik, Fiancé Perrie Edwards Post Kissing [PHOTO] on Instagram Following One Direction Break Up

Zayn Malik might have sent the Internet and the tween world into a frenzy last week when he announced that he was saying goodbye to One Direction, but it looks like the musician is enjoying his time away from the boy band, as he cuddles up to his girlfriend, Perrie Edwards, while on vacation. The star was thrown into the middle of a cheat controversy after photos emerged of him cozying up to a female fan, but it looks like the former 1D member and his Little Mix girlfriend are telling the world that nothing can break them apart, at least from what they are saying in their new Instagram snapshot.

Perrie took to her social media account earlier this week, where she posted a picture of herself and Zayn enjoying some quality boyfriend-girlfriend time together in the sun. Malik kisses Perrie on the check with she nonchalantly smiles off into the distance in the shot.

It seems that Zayn is enjoying leading a normal life away from the band, which he explained was the main reason that he left the group behind.

"My life with One Direction has been more than I could ever have imagined. But, after five years, I feel like it is now the right time for me to leave the band," the star wrote on the One Direction Facebook page. "I'd liked to apologise to the fans if I've let anyone down, but I have to do what feels right in my heart. I am leaving because I want to be a normal 22-year-old who is able to relax and have some private time out of the spotlight."

However, while he explained that he left the band to lead a "normal life," Radar Online is reporting that he has been spotted in the studio working on new music.
