'RHOC' Vicki Gunvalson's Co-Star Katie Hamilton, Husband Quit Series Over Divorce, Drug Abuse?

There never seems to be a dull moment in the OC, at least in the lives of the RHOC. While the series is getting ready to premiere its 10th season in the coming weeks, it looks like one of the new stars might be saying farewell to her co-stars Vicki Gunvalson and Tamra Judge before she even gets her close-up. That's right, newcomer Katie Hamilton is reportedly thinking of throwing in the towel on the show because of issues in her personal life. According to The Inquistr, Katie is married to baseball stud and Los Angeles Angels outfielder Josh Hamilton, but when his drug addiction made a re-appearance earlier this year, it seems that the two are putting the reality TV career on the backburner to focus on their family life, as a possible divorce has also been making headlines.

Rumor Fix has learned that Katie and her hubby have stopped filming scenes for the upcoming season of The Real Housewives of Orange County earlier this month. While other members of the cast, including returning members Shannon Beador, Lizzie Rovsek, Jenna Keough and newbie Meghan Edmonds, have all been filming scenes together, Katie has been a no-show.

The starlet didn't even attend the girl's trip this season, which always results in the most dramatic episodes.

According to Yahoo Sports, Josh's relapse with cocaine began in February after he had reportedly gotten into a disagreement with his wife.

"Hamilton told people this latest spiral began around Super Bowl weekend after a fight with his wife. Because he cannot carry cash or credit cards, Hamilton wrote himself a check to cash. He wound up at a strip club and used cocaine," the insider reported.

It seems that not only is Katie's future as a housewife in jeopardy, but also the $90 million that Josh could make over the next three years as an L.A. Angels player.
