Kristen Bell Expecting: Pregnant With Baby, To Become a New Mom Soon

Kristen Bell is going to be a mom soon! The "House of Lies" star is now expecting her first baby with her fiancé Dax Shepard. The 32-year-old actress's rep has confirmed the pregnancy with E! News.

"Yes, they are expecting their first child," the rep said.

Both Bell and Shepard are happy and delighted to start a family together.

An anonymous source who claims to be a close friend revealed to PEOPLE Magazine, “They’re so excited — they’re both ecstatic. They can’t wait to become parents."

“Kristen had a little bit of morning sickness early on but she just started shooting the second season of House of Lies and is feeling great now,” the friend continued.

People are wondering why the two lovebirds have not tied the knot yet since their engagement back in December 2009.

Bell explained to The Advocate, "The reason we're not rushing to get married is because I don't feel appropriate taking advantage of a right that's denied to my [gay and lesbian] friends. That's why we've been so hesitant. Dax and I have talked about it a lot, and this issue is very important to both of us. We're just standing up for what we believe in. Period."
