Rapper 50 Cent is clearly NOT a huge fan of the hit drama series "Empire." Wonder where that now leaves his friendship with Shady Records hypeman Eminem, considering the infamous "Rap God" actually enjoys the show!
In a recent Good Morning America interview with George Stephanopoulos, Imagine TV producer Brian Grazer made a rather exciting announcement regarding upcoming Season Two:
"Eminem, I know, loves our show. And I produced 8 Mile. I'm going to beg him to get on our show. He and Oprah Winfrey. Somehow I'm going to get one or both of them on our show" (via Billboard).
How cool would that be? Considering the MMLP2 emcee already worked closely with Grazer on the highly-acclaimed 2002 movie "8 Mile," maybe a surprise appearance isn't totally out of the question.
As for Oprah - well, fellow executive producer Lee Daniels directed the beloved talk show host in 2013's award-winning film "The Butler." So again, connections!
The Get Rich Or Die Tryin' superstar has yet to respond to such rumors on Instagram, but don't be shocked if the NYC-native goes on yet another epic social media rant. Maybe Fifty should just secure a spot for Shady on his own show "Power" instead?
Here's his latest "macho" post:
50cent: "LMAO you thought I wasn't gonna blow up right? I told you I'm a hustler, I'll make something out of nothing #EFFENVODKA #FRIGO #SMSAUDIO."
Meanwhile, the G-Unit rapper continues hyping his highly-anticipated 2015 album release, Street King Immortal. Apparently, the "Berzerk" hit-maker will appear on a "classic rap" track entitled "Champions."
Meanwhile, in other exciting Shady news...
