Kim Kardashian and Kanye West get Cozy at MTV EMAs, Pose for Photo-op with Psy, Kim K Trips Onstage [VIDEO]

A stunning Kim Kardashian took to the stage at MTV's European Music Awards to present the award for "Best Song 2012" over the weekend, and the popular reality star may be so head-over-heels in love with her current beau Kanye West, that she even tripped and took a little stumble onstage! The 32-year-old socialite quickly recovered and awarded the victory to Carly Rae Jepsen for her megahit "Call me Maybe," and other than the that the night proved a stellar success. Kim K spent most her time cozying up and getting her PDA on with boyfriend West, and the couple even got to take advantage of a fun photo-op with "Gangnam Style" K-pop sensation, Psy. What an exciting night for Kardashian and her man!

Kardashian recently admitted to Cosmopolitan U.K. that "[Kanye's] great at boosting my confidence. He gives me compliments in every way possible." The couple appears so confident in their relationship that public displays of affection have become the norm. Along with tweeting the picture above, (with West adoringly planting his sweetheart a quick peck on the cheek) Kim K sent out the simple message, "My Baby." Kardashian posed for a number of romantic shots with West, but she didn't appear to be flaunting her head-turning diamond pinky ring (while the reality star claims it is just a "fab pinky ring," rumors started to swirl that the duo were actually engaged just after 10 months of dating).

Kardashian and West spent most of their time at the EMAs arm-in-arm, canoodling and getting cozy throughout the evening's festivities. As for Kardashian's slight onstage stumble - it looks like her extravagant black Stephane Rolland dress along with her killer high heels may have been too much even for the well-known fashionista to handle. Kim K's footing got a little lopsided, but she quickly recovered and passed it off with a little giggle. Later on backstage, rapper Ludacris exclaimed to Kardashian, "What are those slippery shoes you have on?" to which she jokingly replied, "Oh stop, I'm clumsy!"
