It seems like more and more Real Housewives feuds have been bridging the gap between cities in the recent months, as there have reportedly been feuds between RHONY star Bethenny Frankel and RHONJ star Teresa Giudice, as well as RHOA Kenya Moore and RHOBH's Brandi Glanville, but it looks like RHOC househusband, Terry Dubrow, is getting in on the action, as he decided to throw a little shade Bethenny's way. During an appearance on Watch What Happens Live, Dubrow got involved on the topic of whether Frankel is too thin and what he said might shock some fans.

According to Radar Online, while he was on Andy Cohen's late night talk show to promote the second season of his plastic surgery series, Botched, the doctor got asked if he was to have one housewife on the show, who would it be and what would he do to her.

The clip, which was posted to Bravo TV, also features former RHOBH househusband Paul Nassif, but being the smart man that he is, he decided to let his partner take on the question.

"I would put on Bethenny and just feed her a little bit," the star explained in the clip. "She looks amazingly pretty [and] natural, but just a little skinny girl for me."

Whether he knew it or not, Dubrow happened to reference Bethenny's company in his slam, but it seems that no pun was intended on his part.

Bethenny doesn't seem too happy about the comment, as she took to Twitter to question who Dubrow was to make the reference in the first place.

"Who is dr dubrow & what happened?" the star wrote, adding, "So he's a 'rich, busy & [successful]' [M.D.] using his wife's reality show to comment on me [because] he's bored? Irrelevant? Fame hungry? Needs $?"
