Amber Rose and ex-husband Wiz Khalifa are never, ever, ever getting back together -- at least, not anytime soon. The model and actress known for her Instagram twerk videos said that following her divorce from rapper Khalifa last September she's not looking for a serious romantic relationship. Instead, she's redirecting her attention to her career and 2-year-old son Sebastian.
"I just want to focus on my kid and work," Rose told E!.
"He's big and he's talking," she added proudly. "He knows everything. He's so smart. He has full conversations. It will blow your mind."
Days after Rose took to Instagram and confessed she still has feelings for her ex-husband and "man crush" Khalifa, the pair reportedly shared a ride to Tamar Braxton's Easter party. According to TMZ, they were seen acting affectionately toward each other, setting off rumors that Rose and Khalifa might be getting back together. Despite speculation of a romantic reunion, Rose's latest comments to E! suggest she's too busy with her young son, upcoming book How to Be a Bad Bitch and new movie to rebuild her relationship with Khalifa.
At the 2015 MTV Movie Awards, Rose reportedly told ET that, though she still loves Khalifa and considers him "family no matter what," the two are "just working on our friendship right now and co-parenting for Sebastian."
But an exclusive source reportedly told Hollywood Life: "The reason Amber is saying that she and Wiz are just friends is because he rejected her [...] He's still wary of being in a full on committed relationship with Amber. And part of him is still angry about her making things difficult in their child custody mediation. He told her he doesn't want to be exclusive with her right now and that broke Amber's heart."
Rose and Khalifa may not be romantically involved as a couple, but the source said their friendship might include some benefits.
"They definitely have been hooking up and Amber says it's the absolutely best sex of her life," the source added, but "Wiz says that's all he wants right now."
