Tamar Braxton, Vincent Herbert in Financial Trouble Again! Ex-Nanny Sues After Caring for Son Logan?

Tamar Braxton just can't stay out of the headlines these days! MStars News has learned that The Real host is back in more financial drama this time with her former nanny!

According to Madame Noire, Braxton and her husband Vincent Herbert owe their former nanny around $162,000.

Reports claim that the former nanny hired a lawyer after not being paid for her work. The woman revealed that she was hired to take care of the singer and record executive's son Logan while Braxton was performing on her Love & War tour.

You'd think Tamar would've hired her mother Evelyn Jackson to help out, but instead the couple got a nanny.

The woman claimed she didn't know that her job would start three days later following her interview with the family. The former employee claimed the Herberts didn't provide a drafted contract or pay her on the books.

Documents filed with the Department of Labor revealed that the unidentified nanny was supposed to be paid "$37.50/hour and $1,500/week."

It's unclear if the allegations are true or false right now, but MStars News knows this isn't the first time Tamar and Vince went down this path.

Tamar previously had some drama with her former stylist DiAndre Tristan when he asked for a contract. Tristan has come a long way now, styling GMA's Robin Roberts!

MStars News also learned that Tamar was rushed to the hospital after suffering from anxiety and shortness of breath the week of her birthday when a reporter claimed Vincent owed the IRS $1.6 millon.

Tamar slammed those rumors and said:

"Thank you for all for your thoughts and prayers!! I'm all good!!! I'm not nervous about anything and I'm NOT breaking down!! Have a great weekend STILL at #TheReal see u soon."

She also stated: "So.. YALL blogs and validated radio stations etc getting your news from a BATHROOM blogger @SandraRose ?? If my husband owed 1.6, hell 4.6 million dollars I could pay that! Be very careful because you ARE sending me to the hospital with anxiety issues!! Maybe I Should talk to my Lawyer about the rumors you are spreading and how sick it's making me... You did say that's why I went correct."

No comments have been made at this time from Tamar or Vince regarding the nanny dispute.
