'Teen Mom 2' Leah Messer Custody & Drugs Shocker: Wife of Jeremy Calvert To Go To Rehab

Teen Mom 2 star Leah Messer's life has taken a turn for the worse now that she and husband Jeremy Calvert have broken up. The MTV dad finally filed for divorce from his reality star wife, but even more shocking is that she may be going to rehab for her drug addiction which will set up a nasty custody battle between the two.

According to In Touch Weekly, the mother of three was served divorce papers in a Smith's parking lot in Elkview, West Virginia.

"When she was delivered the papers, she thought the process server was there for her autograph," a source told the gossip mag. "When she realized why she was being approached, her mood totally turned around. She was clearly pissed."

Even more tragic for the MTV mom is the fact that she may have to leave her girls to take care of her drug issues.

"She's confessed to Jeremy that she has a problem, and knows she has no other choice than to go to rehab immediately," the source told In Touch, via Radar Online.

"MTV would foot the bill and force Leah into rehab because the network loves her," the source continued. "They last thing they want to see is her going down the same dark path that Amber Portwood and Jenelle Evans did.

While the West Virginia native is getting treatment for her problems, her twins Ali and Aleeah will be with their father Corey Simms and her daughter Adalynn will be with Jeremy. This is setting up to be a battle for guardianship between the pipeline worker and his wife.

"[Jeremy] is going to be seeking primary custody," according to the mag.

As MStars News reported, Leah blamed MTV for trying to use her addiction to drugs for ratings.

"They knew the extreme stress she was going through. They took advantage of her during a difficult period," a source told Radar at the time. "People don't know how much she suffers every day."
