Former Death Row Records CEO, Suge Knight will be standing trial on the charges of murder and hit-and-run. These charges stem from an incident on January 29th that took place in Compton, California where he allegedly injured Cle "Bone" Sloan, and killed Terry Carter. After the incident that ironically took place on the set of the NWA biopic, Knight turned himself into police the next day.

The trial against Knight has had its roadblocks. Sloan, the man allegedly injured by Knight, refused to cooperate with authorities when questioned. The reasoning for it is that he doesn't want to be a "snitch."

"I don't want it to get misconstrued that I told on this man," Sloan said in court on April 13. "I'm no snitch. I will not be used to send Suge Knight to prison. I can't say this man ran me over."

One of the more notable roadblocks in this case happened back in late March when Knight collapsed and hit his head on a chair after a judge set his bail at $25 million. He had to be rushed to hospital afterwards.

Knight has also had other health issues. It's being reported that he's blind in one eye and has limited vision due to not being given proper medical care in jail. It is also being reported that he's paralyzed on one side of his body and was ordered to use a wheel chair by a judge.

Knight complained about his wheel chair situation to the judge earlier this month.

"I'm being chained to some type of chair that they're pushing me in and it makes the situation worse," he told the judge. "I walked perfectly fine from county jail to the bus, to here, and then when I get here it makes the matters worse."
