It seems like Kim Richards' latest antics might cost her big time. Not only does the starlet now have more legal fees to pay following her latest arrest, but her position as a housewife is also in jeopardy. That's right, Richards could be sacked from the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills following her arrest last week as the producers don't see that the show is helping the starlet out. In fact, they feel as though she is more of a liability than an asset to the series and she might soon be finding herself unemployed.

According to Perez Hilton, Richards' arrest has alarmed everyone in her family as well as her employers and the producers feel that with her on the show, something worse might happen to her down the road. With the highly demanding schedule and stress of the show, they feel that Kim's health might be in danger if she sticks around.

TMZ is also reporting that Richards might soon be headed towards the exit, as they reported that the star has not been sober during this past season of the show. The 44-year-old housewife allegedly presents herself as the image of sobriety while in front of the cameras, but when they turn them off, "she goes off the rails."

However, other insiders are saying that Kim was a lot better to deal with this season and that they would feel like it wouldn't be fair, or the right thing to do, to turn there backs on her now.

With the fifth season coming to a conclusion this coming week, the producers still have a couple months before season six starts up again to decide who on the cast stays and who goes.
