Now available on the PS4, the Major League Baseball videogame, MLB 15: The Show, has added a new addition to the ever-growing roster. Gamers will be able to play as their favorite Chicago Cubs third baseman, Kris Bryant, while the highly touted prospect makes his official start with the team.
As we previously mentioned, baseball players Yasiel Puig, Eric Hosmer, Russell Martin, Adam Jones, Hunter Pence, and Andrew McCutchen, have all contributed in discussing the game's all-new features as they prepared for Spring Training themselves. The game also includes the special features of Year-to-Year Saves, Licensed Equipment, and Baseball Legends.
Pence had previously described the realistic aspects, "I feel like I'm there right now. It's legit! This stance...I'm actually astonished at how they did that. The wiggle is amazing. You have the one batting glove. The detail here is ridiculously good!"
According to Sporting News, the second in-season roster update has officially been released. Bryant has been included as one of the additions to the video game. Diamondbacks' outfielder Yasmany Tomas, who has the second highest rating for a rookie this year, also stands out from the list.
The site mentions players are not eligible to be included in a licensed video game until they are a member of the MLBPA. Since the sports star just entered his first game, Bryant became a member and was added to the roster immediately.
