Creflo Dollar Disses $65M Jet Fundraiser Critics, Claims the Devil Blocked His Dream

It looks like Creflo Dollar is still brainstorming ideas after he launched a fundraiser that was supposed to help him purchase a $65 million private jet that would be used for his minsitry's global missions.

According to Madame Noire, the mega televangelist and pastor stirred up some drama when he wanted members of his non-denominational World Changers Church International to pay a fee to help get his dream jet.

The Creflo Dollar Ministries set a goal that had social media on fire, and had people in an uproar. Now it appears that Dollar's dream has been canceled. A lot of people would call Creflo's movement "financial abuse in church."

After the fundraiser ended, that didn't stop the pastor from requesting a donation from his members, whether it was for the plane or not. He responded to the critics in a sermon.

"I never once came to you and asked you for a dime for this airplane," Dollar preached. "Creflo Dollar Ministries has over 3 million donors around the world who could have supported the cause."

He added, "You cannot stop and you cannot curse what God has blessed. Half the people that are commenting on the Internet don't even know me. They don't know this ministry. They don't know what we do. That's why they ask the question: 'What does a preacher need with an airplane? If you knew what we did then you wouldn't ask that question. But you don't know what we do..."

"If you think a $65 million plane was too much, if they discover that there's life on Mars, they gon' need to hear the Gospel and I'm gon have to believe God for a $1 billion space shuttle because we got to preach the Gospel on Mars. I dare you to tell me I can't dream. I dare you to tell me I can't believe God. I can dream as long as I want to. I can believe God as long as I want to. If I want to believe God for a $65 million plane, you cannot stop me. You cannot stop me from dreaming. You can't stop me from dreaming. I'm gon' dream until Jesus comes," Dollar declared.

Dollar told the church congregation that they should never let the devil get in the way from their goals, and dreams.

"Dream about what the devil says you can't have," Dollar said.

We aren't saying that Creflo didn't really have a vision from God to purchase a jet, or a dream to get more luxury material things; only he knows the truth. But what we are wondering is who in their right mind would donate that much for anything?
