Liam Payne Denies Leona Lewis Romance on Twitter: One Direction Heartthrob 'Not Dating' British Songstress or Ripping on Kim K

One Direction heartthrob Liam Payne recently hit up Twitter to deny a bunch of dating, solo-career searching, and reality starlet-bashing rumor hoopla. According to the popular 19-year-old boy band crooner, he is not currently romancing British songstress Leona Lewis OR attempting a YouTube solo career. Oh, and he doesn't hate Kim Kardashian. That's a whole lot of info to tweet through 140 characters or less!

Payne broke up with his girlfriend of two years Danielle Peazer back in September, and since the split rumors have it that he's been spending ample time hooking up with the 27-year-old "Bleeding Love" songstress Leona Lewis. The two happened to bump into each other on the set of "The X-Factor," and Lewis recently admitted, "I see him every so often. He's lovely, we've become friends. He's very honest and that's why people say he's mean, he doesn't candy-coat anything. He's really funny, smart and charming." The Daily Mail even reports Payne as saying, "I do have a crush on Leona, she's hot! I have met her. She's hot."

But apparently the duo definitely aren't dating. To clear up the rumors, Payne tweeted this "confessional" message on Monday morning (Nov. 26):

@Real_Liam_Payne: "Okay bored of constant news articles... I'm not dating Leona ... My YouTube channel isn't for a solo career and I didn't insult Kim k...Pow!"

So Payne and Lewis evidently aren't a couple... and what about that Kim Kardashian comment? The "What Makes You Beautiful" singer recently made this statement to You magazine, which some people automatically labeled as an open Kim K diss - "I think of it like this: there are a lot of people who get paid a lot for doing not much at all-you know, like socialites who get paid for appearing in reality shows. But what we earn we earn for doing an awful lot. We are constantly working."

Oh, and Payne's personal YouTube page has nothing to do with him trying to stray away from his One Direction fame and make a name for himself as a solo act. And that's basically that!

So no worries, One Directioners, looks like Payne is still single and ready to mingle!
