While it seems that actors grab one hell of a paycheck during their time in film and TV, it looks like those behind the camera are making some pretty good salaries as well. And we're not talking about directors; we're talking about those even more behind the camera than them. We're speaking of Hollywood CEOs. The Hollywood Reporter recently released a story detailing the ups and downs in Hollywood CEO salaries, reporting on the highest paid CEOs over on the West Coast.

And while the report was undoubtedly interesting, what we found even more shocking is just how much these CEOs are making. Because of this, let's take a look at the highest paid Hollywood CEOs, shall we?

Just a warning: you may gag at the high numbers below.

Just saying.

5. Josh Sapan, AMC Networks – Pay: $40.3 million
4. Philippe Dauman, Viacom – Pay: $44.3 million
3. Robert Iger, Walt Disney – Pay: $46.5 million
2. Leslie Moonves, CBS – Pay: $57.2 million
1. David Zaslav, Discovery – Pay: $156.1 million

So, there you have it, folks. The top five CEOs in Hollywood make a combined $344.4 million. Which is, well, insane.

Of course, not all those numbers are base salaries of the CEOs. THR reports that Les Moonves – arguably one of the most famous Hollywood CEOs around – made his base salary of $3.5 million, which is probably enough money for almost anyone, but received the rest in stock options and awards.
