Nikki Sixx Engaged: Motley Crue Rocker to Marry Courtney Bingham, Model Flaunts Stunning Engagement Ring in LA [PHOTO]

Reports confirm that Nikki Sixx, the popular bassist for Motley Crue, is engaged to 27-year-old model Courtney Bingham. Sixx announced the happy news through his Facebook page while his shining bride-to-be posted an excited message on Twitter. The 53-year-old rocker supposedly popped the big question over the weekend in St. Barths with a stunning 6-carat diamond ring, and Bingham enthusiastically accepted!

Bingham shared the happy news through tweets on Monday (Nov. 26):

@CBingham: "I'm so excited to share with you that @NikkiSixx and I are engaged!!!!!!!!  Thank you for all the kind wishes!!! xoxo."

The engagement buzz then started trending on Twitter, with several  pics of the blonde beauty's flashy ring making the rounds on popular gossip sites. Bingham then posted that she was celebrating with friends at the trendy Polo Lounge at the Beverly Hills Hotel in LA. She was also spotted out shopping at the Grove Centre in LA.

Sixx also made this official announcement on Facebook:

"We would like to thank everybody who has been tweeting and posting online us congratulations. Both of us and our families are beyond happy."

The rocker also tweeted:

@NikkiSixx: "@CBingham and I wanna thank you all for the beautiful congratulations on our engagement .Were beyond happy and in love."

This will be Sixx's third marriage - he was previously hitched to Playboy models Brandi Brandt and Donna D'Errico (and has four children between the two). He also once dated Denise Richards and Kat Von D.
