‘Jinx’ Robert Durst Urinates in CVS [VIDEO]: Accused Murderer Arrested in Houston

If you're like most of us, when you have to urinate, you typically hold it – unless there's a nearby bathroom. But if you're Robert Durst from HBO's The Jinx, then you just piss wherever you stand. Unfortunately, Durst was in a CVS when he had the urge to pee. Therefore, when heading up to the counter, he opted to take it out and piss all over the candy, counter and floor.

Oh, Durst. You're so ... weird.

It's being reported by TMZ that the accused murdered was once arrested last summer for having urinated in a CVS. Of course, the reason we haven't heard about this until now is because the video was never released ... until now!

Per the video, and KPRC 2's report, Durst's attorney notes that, "This was a medical mishap, plain and simple. He had to go and he couldn't hold it."

And because Durst had frequented the story at the time, he was rather known there – for shopping ... and maybe that whole possible murder charge thing.

Maybe. 

Anyway, Durst's attorney further explains that his client was embarrassed by the incident. "He was embarrassed in that aspect," speaking because the Jinx star was a frequent visitor.

"The people that were so good to him were put, themselves, in an embarrassing situation."

The Jinx aired on HBO earlier this year. And according to a report from KPRC, he was arrested back on March 15, less than 12 hours before the finale of the HBO series aired. Why? Well...

SPOILER ALERT: In that episode, Durst pretty much admits to his murder charges. "There it is. You're caught," he was heard saying in the bathroom, forgetting his mic was still on.
