From Tim Kring (Heroes) and Gideon Raff (Homeland), the season finale arrives for DIG on USA Network. In episode 10, will FBI agent Peter Connelly (Jason Isaacs) and Emma Wilson (Alison Sudol) discover what happened to detective Golan Cohen (Ori Pfeffer) in 'Armageddon Protocol?'

Peter meets with Ian Margrove (Richard E. Grant) and discovers what will bring down the mosque above them. After listening to Golan's message, Peter finds his dead body at the crime scene. With his own blood, Golan wrote the name, Rebecca, on the street.

Unfortunately, with less than 24 hours, the name Rebecca leads to a dead end. Lynn (Anne Heche) is alive but blindfolded in the backseat of a moving car. Lynn head-butts the traitor's neck, shoots the driver, before escaping on foot. Reeling from Golan's death, Peter is having a moral crisis until Emma spots sandstone on his back.

While Peter "follows the water," Avram (Guy Selnik) realizes he has to kill Josh to save the world. Peter learns about the Armageddon Protocol, which could release water from the tunnels and flood the city. Following his every move, Emma knows Peter is right where he's supposed to be.

Josh banishes Pastor Tad Billingham (David Costabile), telling him his services are over. Just when Lynn finds outside help, Tad thinks he is being tested and must follow the plans without Josh. Fay (Angela Bettis) listens to Tad's rants before the poison finally settles in. Making sure the prophecy is fulfilled, Fay calmly sits down and watches him die.

Elsewhere, Peter arrives at the dam and spots the man in white. After chasing after him, Peter finds the location of the ticking time-bombs. As the ceremony is about to begin, Avram gets his knife ready as he steps closer to Josh. Outside the consulate, Lynn is stalking Ambassador Ruth Ridell (Regina Taylor).

With the bombs ticking down, Emma joins Margrove as they uncover the hidden treasure. Lynn grabs a knife as she sneaks into the ambassador's office and holds an official hostage. Ruth and her guards enter the room with their guns raised.

Peter climbs down the shaft, hoping to break down the floor. In the standoff between Regina and Lynn, the official makes the call and enacts the protocol. After the bombs explode, Avram runs out of the ceremony with the sacred animal. Peter climbs up the shaft as the water runs down through the floor.

When Josh realizes something is wrong, the sacred animal is discovered missing. Now that Armageddon has been averted, Ruth is being escorted in handcuffs.

Peter enters his office, takes out the picture of his daughter, and finds a mysterious file on his desk. After going through the papers, Peter spots "Rebecca Donaldson." Back at the caves, Peter finds Margrove's dead body lying on the floor.

Emma is really Rebecca Donaldson. She has been seeking revenge for her father's death. Rebecca/Emma has been pretending not to know what Margrove was talking about. Rebecca knew she needed Peter to setup the protocol, but she fell in love with him.

Rebecca admits to killing Golan but she has no intentions of ever going to jail. Peter actually came to say goodbye to her. Rebecca suddenly hears the police sirens coming for her.

Peter walks away, promising to see her in Hell first. Rebecca bursts into tears and drops to her knees as the police swarm in on her.

Back at his apartment room, Lynn tells Peter she has everyone in custody. With no place to go, Peter wants a transfer to somewhere far, far away. He thanks Lynn for being his only friend.

Two weeks later, after cutting his hair and changing his outfit, Avram has taken the scared animal to a cow farm. Happy with his decision, Avram walks away onto the open road.
