Hope Solo and Jerramy Stevens may be spending their honeymoon bliss between jail windows. The gold medalist's husband was arrested for violating his probation for marijuana from 2010.

According to USA Today Sports, Steven's attorney, Mark O'Brien said "I believe this is improper. A judge in Washington - after he had a full hearing in which the state of Washington called witnesses, including a law enforcement official - found no probable cause." O'Brien added, "In this particular case, he should not be held without bond - he shouldn't even have his probation violated."

Stevens probation would have ended October 2013 and now it could be extended after his scheduled hearing Thursday. Last Month, Steven's was arrested for domestic violence the day before his weeding to the soccer star. O'Brien briefly spoke about his clients well being saying, "He is very upset and angry. And he is hopeful that the law will be followed once we get into court."

Feeling the same bit of anger, his wife, Solo expressed her feelings as well. "I feel bad for all the ignorance in the world. People are so quick to judge. The media spins stories in such dramatic fashion. I will continue to show love, and never make judgments. I am blessed w True Love & the beautiful game of soccer. I wish everybody the same happiness."
