Kim Kardashian, Kanye West Deposition In Divorce: Kris Humphries Takes Anger Out During NBA Brawl, Gets Ejected [Video]

Kanye West has been dragged in the bitter divorce battle between Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries. The rapper now has to sit for a deposition in the reality star divorce case, which he may have already completed. 

Kardashian had filed for divorce from the NBA athlete after 72 days of marriage in October 2011. Since then, the socialite has been seen with rapper Kanye West, traveling and publicly displaying affection. Not convinced Kardashian married him for love, he claims that Kardashian televised their wedding for more attention and money. In addition Humphries legal team summons West to testify which he completed says TMZ. The two men must not like each other one bit. Earlier this year West released a song targeting the athlete saying that he could get Jay-Z to fire him from the team for Kardashian's sake.

The Brooklyn Nets athlete may be taking his personal issues on the court. In a game against the Boston Celtics, Rajon Rondo and Humphries got into an altercation which lead into a full out team brawl. Both players were ejected after Humphries fouled Kevin Garnet (which was a love tap) and Rondo took it personal and proceeded to push and swing on Humphries. Kardashian's ex-husband received two techincal fouls, the first against Kevin Garnet and a second personal foul for the fight.

This guy seems like he can't win. Well, maybe things will change after the divorce.
