Bobbi Kristina is having a crazy year. The daughter of Whitney Houston has broken off her engagement with her adoptive brother, Nick Gordon. To make matters worse, after the announcements Gordon was arrested for speeding and crashing his vehicle.

The news broke on November 18 when Gordon tweeted, "@REALbkBrown and I are not engaged or dating. Just close like we have always been," he wrote.Days after Brown decided to speak up via twitter saying, "Who do I trust in this world? Pfft well that's easy beezie, #Myself," she added, "I guess it's time 4me2stop depending on anymore. It's my time2follow what Mom&The Lord put out on this path for me. #Thankful. Mom xxo," she wrote a day later."

The break up seems to be at the peak and Brown's hurtful year seems to be getting worse and worse. After her mothers death in February, she had been in and out of the hospital, and has reportedly been using drugs and spending an excessive amount of money. The Houston family decided to display their coping methods through a reality TV show called, "The Houstons: On Our Own," where her aunt, Pat Houston expressed her disapproved of the engagement.

Pat told ABCNews.com that the couple have a  "very, very strong friendship. Very strong." She added, "A lot of teenagers, when they hit 18, they think they're grown," Houston said. "They think they know it all, they think they know about relationships. You just have to be there to navigate and guide them."

Recently, Gordon was arrested for speeding and crashing his car in  Alpharetta, Georgia. Gordon had been going 82 mph in a 35 mph zone close to high pedestrian foot traffic. The same car Brown was driving hours earlier. Could they still be together? Gordon appeared to be all smiles when he posed for his mug shot -maybe he knew Brown was on her way to bail him out.
