Bethenny Frankel might be living the highlife now that she is back on The Real Housewives of New York City, but the reality star is living a very different life away from the cameras. She is in the throws of a pretty nasty divorce battle with her ex Jason Hoppy. While the star has tried her best to stay afloat in the midst of all the craziness, it seems that she has just faced another set back in the legal process. Turns out that the RHONY star is going to have to fork over a pretty hefty sum of money to her ex in the next couple of weeks.
According to Radar Online, the housewife is going to have to dish out $100,000 to her ex for his attorney fees in their divorce proceedings, and she won't have much time to do it, as he'll need the cash by June 1.
The fees are starting to take their toll on Hoppy, as he only makes a little over $100,000 a year. To continue with the divorce case, Frankel has to pay his bills, as the judge doesn't want to deplete all of Jason's assets.

In a statement, the judge said that Bethenny will have to pay, since Hoppy "lacks sufficient funds of his own to compensate counsel without depleting his assets."
According to The Inquistr, this isn't the first time that Bethenny has had to front Jason's costs. In fact, she was ordered to hand over $100,000 previously, to also help him pay for the costly lawyer fees.
We just hope that Bethenny is making enough from the seventh season of RHONY to afford her and her ex's legal fees.
