Michael Jackson father, Joe Jackson suffered a serious stroke Thursday. The father and founder of the legendary group, "The Jackson 5" was treated at a medical center in Las Vegas.
A source told the News Outlet, "He's in 'serious' condition. Joe has been struggling with his health a lot over the past three or four months. The good thing is that he was taken immediately to the hospital as he was with a couple of people at the time."
Known for creating one of the most famous faces to come out of Motown, Jackson's management of his sons career seen some highlights, but his managing tactics were always attacked by his children and their fans. In many interviews Michael Jackson said that he was abused and was forced to grow up quickly in the music industry under his father watch. Some blame Joe for Michael's downfall which eventually lead to his death.
According to the Daily Mail, Joe and Katherine Jackson had been separated and were reluctant to officially end the marriage, because as a Jehovah's Witness beliefs, but may had ended their relationship in 2010. The pop star's father did request a stipend from his son's $400 million estate but was denied. This isn't the first stroke for Jackson. He had suffered a stroke in 1998 and is suffering from diabetes.
