Diddy & Cassie Engagement Shade: Not Ready For Marriage Amid 'Love Contract' Promise, Fans Bash 'Business' Romance [WATCH]

Hip-hop mogul Sean "[P] Diddy" Combs is STILL not ready for marriage - but he's willing to sign an official "love contract" with longtime girlfriend, Cassie!

But can feelings of the heart really be determined by such strict terms and conditions?

During a recent interview with Andy Cohen on "Watch What Happens Live" in promotion of his new fragrance 3AM, Diddy explains:

"It's the whole thing of ... I think you have to be ready for it," explained the 46-year-old. "There's somebody else's heart involved and that's a lot of responsibility. And I don't want to be going to courts and having somebody be like interfere in my relationships so I rather just do the Goldie Hawn."

FYI - the "Overboard" couple has yet to tie the knot after over 32 years of dating.

After sharing six children with three different women, obviously the "Bad Boy For Life" emcee still isn't ready to make things so official.

But still - it's all about the money!

"I will give a contract," Diddy reveals. "I will commit to a contract - a love contract."

Wonder what Cassie must think about that?
