Andy Cohen Slams 'Southern Charm's' Thomas Ravenel's Accusation That he Ruined Run for Office

Andy Cohen has found himself in a Southern Charm mess! MStars News has learned that the reality show star, Thomas Ravenel is claiming that the Bravo TV producer has ruined his run for office.

According to Bravo, Ravenel has accused Cohen of messing up his chances to run for U.S. Senate. The site claims that Ravenel told some media outlets that he was "pressured into making the announcement last April by Andy Cohen on an episode of Watch What Happens Live." Thomas claims that his announcement changed last minute because of Cohen.

Ravenel previously said: "I was going to make an announcement that my child was being born, and at the last second Andy Cohen said, 'Announce that you're running for the U.S. Senate,' so I made a nationwide promise that I was going to run."

Now Andy's firing back and slamming Ravenel's outrageous accusations.

"He blames me, he says I goaded him into running for office," Cohen revealed. "But I was told when I came to Watch What Happens Live that he had an announcement to make, that he was going to announce his candidacy, but he somehow thought that I was 'making him' announce his candidacy. I have no idea."

Andy claims that Thomas could've switched up his words and made a different decision after he revealed that he was running for office. "By the way, he could've said I'm running for office on Watch What Happens Live and then not ran for office," Cohen added. "This isn't Meet the Press."

Andy revealed that he plans to have a chat with Thomas in the future. Hopefully we all will get to watch this showdown. "He and I have to talk about it at the [Southern Charm] reunion," he jokes.

Besides his drama with Southern Charm, Cohen talked about the RHOA Reunion that was very dramatic.

Thomas may want to check his facts. His alleged assault may have ruined his chances of becoming U.S. Senator.
