Chinx Drugz Dead, Coke Boys Rapper Killed In Drive-By Shooting: French Montana, Meek Mill & More Offer #RIP Twitter Tribute After Lionel Pickens Gunshot Death

Several reports confirm that up-and-coming rapper Lionel "Chinx Drugz" Pickens was killed in a shocking drive-by shooting on Sunday morning (May 17). Pickens was only 31-years-old, and no arrests have yet been made.

The aspiring emcee was a prominent member of French Montana's Coke Boys group (including fellow members Cheeze, Flip, and Lil Durk). Details surrounding the murder still remain unconfirmed. According to the Huffington Post, Pickens and one other passenger were driving around Queens (New York) in his Porsche when the tragic shooting occurred. An unknown suspect then pulled-up in another vehicle and fired-off several gunshots. Pickens suffered several severe wounds around the torso area, and was later pronounced dead at Jamaica Hospital. The other unidentified victim still remains in critical condition. The incident is currently under investigation, and police are still looking for the shooter.
