'Teen Mom 2' Leah Messer Custody Battle With Corey Simms: Who Will Get Twins Ali & Aleeah?

Teen Mom 2 cast member Leah Messer is already having the worst year of her life, but things are about to get worse with ex-husband Corey Simms vowing to fight for full custody of their twins while the MTV star is in rehab battling personal issues.

"With her drug and emotional issues, Corey doesn't think Leah is in any shape to be a good mother right now," a source told Radar Online. "He will stop at nothing to make sure his girls are in safe hands."

Apparently, the mother-of-three almost didn't go to rehab after she thought Corey was trying to take Ali and Aleeah away from her.

"When Messer caught wind of Simms' plan to take the twins away, she initially refused to go to rehab until the problem was sorted out," Radar reported. "But Simms hesitantly agreed to hold off on legal proceedings until she finishes treatment."

Leah doesn't have to worry about youngest daughter Adalynn, whose father Jeremy Calvert wants his ex to be a part of his little girl's life.

"When Leah comes home, they will share joint custody of Addie," the source went on. "Jeremy doesn't want to take his daughter away from her mom."

As MStars News reported, the reality star is dating her personal trainer, Theodore "T.R." Dues while still getting help in rehab. However, Jeremy wasn't too happy when he found out about the relationship from someone else.

"When mutual friends told Jeremy about this new guy, he called Leah and flipped out for letting a stranger hang around Addie," another source told Radar. "Leah initially denied the relationship, saying that they're not official, but then confessed that something's going on."

That's not even the most surprising part of the whole situation. According to the gossip site, "T.R. moved in with Leah and her parents after just a week of dating!"
