Angus T. Jones maybe replaced for next season of "Two and a half Men." Producer may still be holding a grudge against the actor after he was taped calling his show "filth."
According to CeleBuzz, producers are considering of replacing Jones with singer and actress, Miley Cyrus after she appeared on an episode "the perfect person," which brought highest ratings this season so far. Producers enjoyed working with Cyrus and found her easy to work with and with Jones' off camera drama, Cyrus could be easily written in the show.
CBS CEO, Les Moonves hinted at a breakfast hosted by Wall Street Journal that the change may have already been negotiated, "We took this boy who started with us when he was eight years old and it seems to be what happens with child stars over the course of time." He continued, "He's now making over $300,000 per week, which is not a bad salary for a 19-year-0ld kid," Moonves said, "and he went on a religious channel and urged people not to watch the show because it was filth. By the way, he's still collecting his $300,000 per week."
Moonves seems like he can't wait to give Jones his pink slip. Although, Cyrus received great reviews for playing Missi, Walden Schmidt's family friend, how long will the show be successful with so much of the original cast gone? Do Mstarz readers think that it would last two more seasons?
