TLC's Breaking Amish broke the god-fearing stigma of the Amish. It's looking like everything we knew about them may have been a little off because even they have a little bit of a gangster element to them. It's because of this that TLC can't be all that angry at Jeremiah Raber for yelling at a police officer in Pennsylvania and getting arrested for it. It's the type of drama they feed off.
According to the Pennsylvania police officer, Raber was involved in a routine stop where he was the passenger. The stop initially went well and the driver was allowed to go but Raber hung his head out the window and mouthed off to the officer. This prompted the cop to follow the vehicle home.
Once in front of a home, the officer arrested Raber for disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.
The new season of Breaking Amish will premiere on May 31. After the end of this season the show might be changing up a bit. Both Mary and Rebecca Schmucker have said they will be leaving the show. Abe also said that Season 4 would be his last. With these three out now Jeremiah could take up more of a starring role.
These aren't the only unlawful allegations surrounding TLC stars this week. On Thursday, Josh Duggar issued an apology over allegations that he molested a teenage girl. Duggar posted on Facebook that the alleged molestation took place twelve-years-ago.
"Twelve years ago, as a young teenager I acted inexcusably for which I am extremely sorry and deeply regret. I hurt others, including my family and close friends. I confessed this to my parents who took several steps to help me address the situation," Duggar posted. "We spoke with the authorities where I confessed my wrongdoing and my parents arranged for me and those affected by my actions to receive counseling. I understood that if I continued down this wrong road that I would end up ruining my life."
What do you think will happen to the TLC stars?
