Christina Aguilera's Britney Spears 'Voice' Impression Angers Diva: 'Toxic' Singer Plans Retaliation

Christina Aguilera might have playfully been poking fun at Britney Spears' expense over the last couple of months with her impersonation of the pop diva, but it seems that Spears isn't taking very kindly to being mocked by her former rival. While the "Beautiful" singer first channeled her inner Brit Brit during an appearance on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, it seems that it was her follow up impression during the season eight finale of The Voice that really annoyed Spears.

According to Radar Online, what really made the Las Vegas singer upset was the fact that Xtina didn't run it by her first.

"Britney thought that it was incredibly rude that Christina did that without running it by her first," an insider explained to the news site.

In The Voice clip, Aguilera dresses up in the iconic Brit look from her debut music video, Baby One More Time, and plays up on the dumb blond routine, saying things like "How do the singers know that you turned around if everybody's blind?" She also quoted one of the "Toxic" singer's catchphrases, saying, "It's Britney, b*tch."

It seems that the fun clip got under Britney's skin and she is planning to get back at her former Mickey Mouse Club co-star at one of her Las Vegas show.

"Britney plans to retaliate when the time is right at one of her Las Vegas shows," the insider explained to the news site. "Her team wants to do a recreation of one of Christina's videos, such as "Genie in a Bottle."
