Although Young Thug is not officially associated with Birdman's Rich Gang Management, the "Lifestyle" rapper still has it out for YMCMB superstar, Lil Wayne...
In a recent interview with NDO Radio, Thugger explains how he's not actually signed to the Rich Gang crew:
"Nah, I manage myself. Nobody brung me here, so nobody can take me there. I manage myself. I'm signed with Atlantic... And it's only Atlantic."
According to AllHipHop.com, the 22-year-old Atlanta emcee remained unclear about his "reported label situations with 300 Entertainment and Gucci Mane's 1017 Brick Squad Records. But, he still plans on shading Weezy:
"I'm gonna drop one more mixtape before my album. The album is called Hy!£UN35 (HiTunes)... I'm gonna drop one more mixtape. I'll probably name it Carter V, because the original Carter V still ain't came out. I don't know what the f*ck they're doing - slow poking. So I'm gonna put that motherf*cker out for him."
As most MstarsNews readers already know, Thug ultimately renamed his latest project Barter 6 to avoid any legal issues with the #FreeWeezy hypeman. Wonder if this will cause anymore industry controversy? Watch the full interview below:
Meanwhile, the rumored release of Wayne's #FWA still remains a total mystery, and some Twitter fans are extremely peeved:
@Austin_Dewayne: "If Wayne's or Meek's album dropped anytime soon, that'd be nice :/ :/ #FWA #DWMTM."
@TuNeJCHi: "#FWA, Carter 5 is done, Dedication 6 is done, collab album with T Pain, all his features, this guys in some other sh*t. #GOAT."
@HeartbreakNat: "Drake & weezy are killing me. Where's FWA & VFT6 :(."
@Daking1028: "@LilTunechi Tune plz check out some of my new work you won't be disappointed thank you... Ps we need that #FWA."
@BIGNOAH256: "We never getting another Lil Wayne anything it feels like. #FWA supposed to been in my inbox."
So, what's going to happen next for the struggling Cash Money squad?
