50 Cent helps former Cuban Olympic gold medalist Yuriorkis Gamboa make a grand entrance before his fight. The rapper was lowered from the foggy arena sky while performing his song in his debut as a boxing promoter.
After more than a year out of the boxing ring Gamboa won his first fight surviving a ninth-round knockdown in a unanimous decision against Michael Farenas. Reportedly, 50 Cent paid $1 million for the contract to promote the fight after gaining his Nevada promoter's license last month.
The mogul has been keeping himself busy adding another notch to his belt and breaking off his "brotherly-like" relationship with boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr. The two had a fallen out when 50 Cent decided to work along with Mayweather's boxing enemy, Manny Pacquiao. On Saturday, Pacquiao's sixth round knockout loss to Juan Manuel Marquez was the backed up by the rapper on twitter as he attacked Mayweather saying, "Who's the fool that lost 100 million last night? Cause he rather trick on hoe'sThen fight."
Is their relationship completely over?
