If you're going to heckle a baseball player, you might want to make sure Batman isn't around – or, if we're speaking in 2015 terms, Birdman. Actor Michael Keaton was recently in attendance at a Pittsburgh Pirates and Atlanta Braves game, and he decided to lend support to the Pirates' Andrew McCutchen by trash talking a heckler who was giving the player a hard time throughout the night.
Yahoo! Sports reports that Keaton is an avid Pirates fan, and at one point in the game, began to "trash talk a heckler who has been on Andrew McCutchen's cast all night long."
Apparently, the actor was sitting near the dugout and heard the heckler from afar. In fact, even McCutchen could hear him, as he is reported to have "acknowledged the fan" during the game. And that's when Keaton took a stand.
While most would hate getting heckled, apparently the Braves fan didn't mind it so much... because it was Michael friggin' Keaton. Which is, well, incredible.

In the end, perhaps Keaton helped the team, because the Pirates came out victorious.
So, thanks, Batman.
