Caitlyn Jenner might finally be living the life that she has always dreamed of as she made her transition from Bruce to Caitlyn, but it looks like while she has started a new life as a woman, some of the incidents that happened while she was a man are still plaguing her. Back in February, while Caitlyn was still a man, she was involved in a fatal car crash that happened in Malibu on the Pacific Coast Highway. While she was already involved in one lawsuit stemming from the crash, today another victim has filed a complaint against the former Keeping Up With the Kardashians star.
According to Radar Online, while a suit was filed by Kimberly Howe's stepchildren after she was tragically killed in the accident, another plaintiff is coming forward and looking for damages from "Bruce Jenner aka, Caitlyn Jenner."
Jessica Steindorff, who filed the reports, is claiming that Jenner has caused her at least $25,000 in wage losses, loss of property, and medical bills, after he rear-ended her car in the incident.
Everybody has challenges in dealing with life. I’m so happy after such a long struggle and finally living my true self. Welcome to the world Caitlyn. It feels so good. Can’t wait for you to get to know her/me.

The document states, "[Jenner] negligently, carelessly, recklessly, and wantonly drove, managed, maintained, controlled, operated and entrusted their motor vehicle so as to legally cause the plaintiff to be injured."
Entertainment Weekly is also reporting on the lawsuit, saying that Steindorff's Prius was severely damaged during the accident. Jenner has yet to speak out about the case, but the site is reporting that he filed for the courts to throw out the wrongful death suit that was issued against him by Howe's children back in May.
