There are two episodes left of Season 3 of the sci-fi thriller Orphan Black on BBC America. In the upcoming Episode 9, as the truth behind the Project Castor Clones unravels, will Sarah Manning (Tatiana Maslany) lose one of her sisters as Cosima (Maslany)'s health worsens?

As we previously mentioned, with Cosima's health getting worse, she had no choice but to reveal her illness to Shay. It was the confrontation between mothers and daughters as Alison had her own encounter with her matriarch. Helena and Mrs. S almost came to blows before they had their own emotional release.

In the recent recap by Wall Street Journal, Delphine shared a kiss with her ex, but she doesn't know Cosima is responsible for the "Island of Doctor Moreau" deception. Rudy (Ari Millen) actually survived the blast from Paul's grenade. After threatening his cat, Scott reluctantly handed over Professor Duncan's copy of "The Island of Doctor Moreau" to Rudy. After kissing Alison, Jason Kellerman (Justin Chatwin) went after her husband, Donnie, and knocked him out.

Transcribed by Entertainment Weekly, creator/co-showrunner Graeme Manson revealed Cosima's fate at the ATX Festival's Orphan Black panel, "No one is safe. There is hope for Cosima. She had this health rebound this season because of the stem cell therapy from Kira. Delphine [Evelyne Brochu] wants to save her. I love Cosima a lot, but she's still not safe."

Manson also teases things aren't looking too good between Delphine and Cosima, "Sorry about that, but 'ships are made to be sunk-some 'ships sink."

EW also states, with Rachel escaping after deciphering Duncan's code, which could save Cosima, Mrs. S (Maria Doyle Kennedy) and Felix (Jordan Gavaris) will return to England to find the Castor original.

Season 3 of Orphan Black continues with two more episodes on BBC America Saturdays at 9pm.
