Fans of The Real Housewives of New Jersey have been anxious to hear about the fate of the Bravo series, as there has been little concrete news regarding what is happening with season seven. While it has been almost a year since the premiere of its sixth season, viewers have been cautiously optimistic about whether or not the show would even be returning at all. However, viewers can breathe a sigh of relief, as the reports from the network are claiming that the show will indeed be continuing with a familiar face in the starring role. That's right, Teresa Giudice will be reclaiming her role on the show once she makes her grand exit from prison.
Radar Online is reporting that the show will be back for a brand new season with their leading lady back in her role. With Teresa expected to be released from prison in December it only makes since for production to wait a few more months to star so that she can be included.

"None of the cast members of RHONJ have signed contracts for next season," the site reported. "But there isn't anything to be concerned about because filming has been pushed from the summer and won't be beginning until late September, early October."
The Inquistr also reported that the decision to bring Teresa back was an easy one, since without her there isn't much of a show.
"Without Teresa there just isn't a lot going on with the women," the insider explained. "With her on board, cameras would film Joe's final days with the family as he prepares to begin his 41 month prison sentence."
With production beginning later this year, the series is likely to make its return to our TV screens in the spring of 2016.
