While Chicago snags a rather neutral spots in ESPN.com's official break-down of all 30 teams (power rankings), Cincinnati falls much lower:
Cubs (10): "Winning three of four games from the Nationals over the weekend was impressive. Anthony Rizzo batted .500 (8-for-16) in the series." ESPN.com
With that, Chicago currently holds 33 wins and 26 losses and remains 2nd in the National League Central Division.
Reds (26): "The Reds are in a free fall, having lost 14 of their past 20 games. They've used four starting pitchers age 25 or younger during this stretch, and three of them are rookies. Yet three of their five wins over the past three weeks came in a sweep of the Nationals. You can't predict baseball." Chad Dotson, Redleg Nation
Cincinnati maintains a 27-32 winning record, and holds the 4th spot in the National League Central Division. The Reds lost Game 1 with a score of 3-6.
The ball game will be broadcasted live on local sports channels WGN and FSOH .
