USA's 'Complications' Spoilers: Jason O'Mara, Jessica Szohr Pilot Debuts Before June Premiere!

USA Network has released all-new trailer for their upcoming medical/crime drama, Complications. Ahead of the show's June premiere,, check out the first 15 minutes of the pilot from Burn Notice creator Matt Nix, starring Jason O'Mara (Life After Mars) and Jessica Szohr (Gossip Girl).

As we previously mentioned, Dr. John Ellison (Mara) is a suburban doctor who used to be at the top of his game in the emergency room. Outside of work, Ellison is dealing with the emotional effects of his daughter's death. With the loss of his daughter, Ellison suddenly finds redemption after he saves a young boy's life from a drive-by shooting. Gretchen (Szohr), a street-smart ER nurse, is caught in the middle when Ellison becomes involved in a gang war.

The concept for the show came about after the Burn Notice creator volunteered at a hospital and witnessed a gang member break into his Echo Park home.

According to Entertainment Weekly, the site has as an exclusive sneak peek of the pilot's first 15 minutes.

In an interview with People, Szohr compares Gretchen's relationship to John to Batman and Robin's, "We need each other, but we butt heads at certain times. Gretchen's a bad ass, and she's very tough and she's in the moment and kind of just makes decisions right then and there. John's very structured and wants to plan everything out, and so that kind of gets on her nerves sometimes. But they make a good team for the most part. It's exciting. There's love stories and gang fights and saving people and family stuff. There's a lot, a lot of crazy stuff."

We mentioned before, the former cast member of Disney's The Lion King  actress Christine Horn, has landed a recurring role of Sherry Perkins, the ER charge nurse. Perkins is described as a likeable person with a great sense of humor. But she also runs the hospital like clockwork.

Complications premieres on USA Network on June 18.
