Lark Voorhies is best known for her role as Lisa Turtle in Saved by the Bell. These days, she has a new husband and her marriage has gotten to a bit of a rocky start. For one, Voorhies' husband Jimmy Green, might be a criminal. Green is wanted in Arizona for allegedly threatening to kill a man. Now, her family thinks the actress should annul the marriage immediately but she wants none of it. According to her, Green has changed.

The incident in question took place in Arizona in 2012. That year, Green threatened to kill a storeowner. After the owner refused to take back a cell phone he tried to return, cops say Green was enraged. He threw the phone against the wall and that's when he threatened to kill him.

The two married after a year of being together. Green, a music engineer, and Voorhies originally met on Facebook. They had a commitment ceremony on April 1 and then a wedding in a Las Vegas chapel on April 30, and are planning an even bigger wedding next year with friends and family.

Voorhies said the charges against her husband were false:

"I have no worries myself, nor do I exude, exhibit or possess within my living status any reason why someone should worry on my behalf," she said. "It's completely fictional."

Other than getting married, Voorhies hasn't been up to much. In 2014, she appeared in an episode of the Comeback Kids where she played herself. In 2008, she was heard in a few episodes of Robot Chicken where she, too, played herself. She also played other characters on it as well.

Her biggest role though came in 2001, when she appeared in the Method Man and Redman movie How High.
