It looks like there's a major Real Housewives of Beverly Hills shakeup in the works with the cast being dwindled down and contract negotiations going nowhere. Now that lightning rod Brandi Glanville has left the Bravo show and Kim Richards has gotten fired, will other castmembers, including fan favorite Lisa Vanderpump, survive the axe?
"The higher-ups are just trying to get contracts signed right now, but several of the veteran housewives are requesting significant pay raises," a source told Radar Online.
One major question mark is Kyle Richards. She recently booked a TV Land show and with her sister's firing, no one knows if she will come back to the reality show that made her famous.
"Bravo is not 100 percent sure if Kyle is going to return right now and with the loss of Kim and potentially another housewife, it could mean the end of the show," the source said. "No one knows how well RHOBH's audience will take to two or more housewives leaving and they think it could spell disaster."
As MStars News reported, different entertainment outlets are reporting diverse versions of Brandi's exit. According to E! News, it was Bravo's decision to let go the former model.
"A source close to the Housewives confirmed to [E! host] Giuliana Rancic that it was Bravo's decision not to have Brandi return, citing the bad blood between Brandi and various other cast members," E! reported. "According to our source, Brandi is upset, but she understands and is grateful for the opportunity to be on the show."
However, People reported that "a source close to Glanville says she was not fired and is deciding whether or not she will return to the show in any capacity." On top of Brandi and Kim not returning, the gossip mag also said Yolanda Foster won't return due to battling Lyme disease.
Do you think RHOBH can survive with so much of the cast leaving?
