MStars News has learned that Solé, wife of R&B singer Ginuwine, has decided to file for divorce after being separated since 2013. According to Bossip, the rapper who is now a vegan yoga instructor and whose real name is Tonya Lumpkin, filed for divorce after being married to Ginuwine for 12 years.

The two former lovers have two children together. MStars News first heard that their marriage was headed for disaster back in 2014 when Wendy Williams revealed that Solé allegedly took some of Ginuwine's money and left him for broke. "So that R&B singer from back in the day, Ginuwine, he's getting a divorce from his former rapper wife, Solé." Wendy continued, "Earlier this week the rumors were swirling that she's taking his money, left him for broke." Bossip claims that the 41-year-old submitted a contract six months before her divorce petition to sort out alimony, their properties and child support. The infamous site stated that in the Lumpkin's "Voluntary Separation and Property Settlement Agreement," Ginuwine apparently agreed to pay Solé a $150,000 lump sum in exchange for her signing over her rights to their $1 million marital home in suburban Maryland which sits on four acres. He also agreed to pay his soon to be ex $3,000 a month in child support for the couple's two kids, Story, 14, and Dream, 12. Neither asked for alimony. No one knows exactly why Solé finally decided to end her marriage, but Mstars News can only imagine that cheating played a part. Ginuwine previously stated, "She has been a good wife and mother and my poor choices and actions over many years have lead to this. I am on a path of becoming a better man and part of that is taking responsibility for my own choices and behavior in life." Just two weeks ago, Ginuwine posted an Instagram message that read: "The deepest of a woman's insecurities often come from the men who have hurt them." He also admitted that he had to learn how to understand some actions that come from women. "Something I had to learn in order to understand actions of a woman and so then I had to say it will be what it's gonna be until reality sets in," he stated. "But also asking was that the real them the whole time lol so to all fellas going through that issue at one point or another you have to say ok and just let it be ....nothing you can say or do but I know the feeling trust me"

Bossip claims, "Differences have arisen between the parties and they are now and have been separated since October 1, 2013, living separate and apart from one another...with the purpose and intent of ending their marriage," according to court documents.
The estranged couple is headed for family court next month.
