Baseball's back for the official 2015 MLB season!
The New York Yankees take the field against the Houston Astros in Week 12 of the regular season on Thursday, June 25 at 8:10 p.m. EST at Minute Maid Park in Texas. Read on to see where fans can watch and listen to a live stream of the Thursday evening ballgame online - also catch up-to-date feeds and coverage on highlight plays and scores.
Both New York and Houston snag rather high spots in ESPN.com's official break-down of all 30 teams (power rankings):
Yankees (7): "The Yankees had a much better week this time around but the biggest story, by far, was Alex Rodriguez getting his 3,000th hit by rudely reintroducing himself to Justin Verlander and belting a first-pitch, 95 mph fastball into the seats in right field at Yankee Stadium on Friday. He also hit a bomb for hit No. 3,001 on Saturday." Stacey Gotsulias, It's About the Money
New York currently maintains a steady 39-33 winning record, and remains 2nd in the American League Eastern Division.
Astros (4): "George Springer is hitting .407/.448/.642 in June, raising his overall line to .284/.378/.490 with 12 home runs and 13 steals as he makes a strong bid for a spot on the All-Star team." David Schoenfield, SweetSpot
Houston currently holds an impressive 42-32 winning record and snags the 1st spot in the American League Western Division. This is Game 1 of the series.
The ballgame will be broadcasted live on local sports channels YES, RTSW, and MLBN.
