Baseball's back for the official 2015 MLB season!
The Washington Nationals take the field against the Philadelphia Phillies in Week 12 of the regular season on Friday, June 26 at 7:05 p.m. EST at Citizens Bank Park in PA. Read on to see where fans can watch and listen to a live stream of the Friday afternoon ballgame online - also catch up-to-date feeds and coverage on highlight plays and scores.
Washington snags a rather neutral spot in ESPN.com's official break-down of all 30 teams (power rankings), while Philadelphia lingers at the very bottom:
Nationals (13): "Max Scherzer's near-perfect no-no on Saturday got all of the attention, but during this past weekend Nats starters combined to allow only one run in 23 1/3 innings." Harper Gordek, Nationals Baseball
Washington currently maintains a steady 40-33 winning record, and remains 1st in the National League Eastern Division.
Phillies (30): "Local columnists suggested Ryne Sandberg's fate was sealed when Chase Utley -- usually a guy who doesn't say anything -- berated pitching coach Bob McClure (and, by extension, Sandberg) for leaving outfielder Jeff Francoeur in to throw 48 pitches in a 19-3 blowout. Of course, in the end, it doesn't matter who manages this awful team." David Schoenfield, SweetSpot
Philadelphia holds a meager 26-48 winning record, and is 5th in the National League Eastern Division.
The ballgame will be broadcasted live on local sports channels MASN and CSPh.
